Homes in one City of Armadale suburb are being snatched up within a week of hitting the market while the median selling time across Perth has fallen to 12 days — the lowest since records began.

Property sales are now outpacing new listings in Perth's feverish real estate market, causing supply to dry up to its lowest level in 13 years, new Real Estate Institute of WA data shows.
